Revenue-Linked Emissions
How new community distribution follows realized protocol revenue, on a declining curve.
After Genesis, community distribution does not need to depend on arbitrary calendar inflation. Prophecy reserves 350,000,000 $PRO, 35% of maximum supply, for emissions linked to real protocol economics.
The rule#
New community emission capacity unlocks as Prophecy realizes finalized protocol revenue.
Qualifying revenue may include finalized gameplay fees and other finalized protocol service fees. It does not include deposits, gross wager volume, investment capital, token sales, temporary escrow balances, or refunded fees, including fees on games called off.
The emission curve#
Capacity unlocks in eight levels of cumulative finalized revenue, each taking more new revenue to reach than the one before.
| Level | Reserve unlocked | $PRO capacity |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | 10% | 35,000,000 |
| 2 | 25% | 87,500,000 |
| 3 | 45% | 157,500,000 |
| 4 | 60% | 210,000,000 |
| 5 | 72% | 252,000,000 |
| 6 | 85% | 297,500,000 |
| 7 | 93% | 325,500,000 |
| 8 | 100% | 350,000,000 |
Why emissions decline#
Early participation happens when Prophecy has less liquidity, less distribution, less brand recognition and less network effect. Early economic contribution therefore unlocks community allocation at a higher rate. As cumulative protocol revenue grows, the marginal emission rate declines.
Unlocked does not mean circulating#
A revenue milestone creates distribution capacity. It does not force newly unlocked $PRO into circulation at once. Community distribution happens through published emission epochs.
