Launch liquidity
How the first $PRO market is funded from Genesis revenue, and who owns it.
$PRO launches only after Genesis. Product revenue funds the quote side of the initial market.
The flow#
- Mainnet launches
- Genesis generates finalized protocol revenue
- A share is reserved in USDC
- Token Activation
- The USDC is paired with matched strategic $PRO
- Protocol-owned $PRO / USDC liquidity
Strategic $PRO#
The Strategic Liquidity and Integrations allocation is a reserve, not an automatic launch unlock. Only the $PRO actually needed to match the funded quote side enters the initial pool, and any unused strategic allocation stays reserved. The launch authorization caps initial strategic $PRO liquidity at 1.5% of maximum supply. Actual use may be lower.
Protocol ownership#
The resulting liquidity position is owned by the protocol. The quote-side capital is not a marketing giveaway: it stays deployed as a protocol asset while providing market depth.
Revenue and emissions are separate accounts#
Revenue-linked emission capacity is based on finalized protocol revenue. Putting a share of that finalized cash revenue into protocol-owned liquidity does not change whether the revenue was realized.
- Revenue recognition decides emission milestone progress.
- Cash allocation decides how Prophecy uses the revenue after it is earned.
The same dollar of revenue is never counted twice as revenue. The distinction is between recognizing revenue and deciding how to use the cash it brings.
