How emissions are accounted and distributed, the epoch weights, and how revenue is reconciled.

Emissions are accounted for and distributed in epochs, on a published cadence. $PRO is not emitted per wager in real time.

Epoch weights#

Category	Weight
Economic Contribution	55%
Skill	20%
Qualified Growth and ecosystem contribution	15%
Consistency and sustained participation	10%

Weights only ever change prospectively, and closed epochs are never retroactively diluted.

For every epoch:

Finalized eligible protocol revenue

=gross eligible fees

−refunds, including fees on games called off

−ineligible and promotional offsets

Only finalized revenue advances the emission curve.
